narratives of incarceration_3
A reconsidered domesticity… A space within a place… any place… that place…
A home, a sweet home… And then many.
A [prison] attached to an inconceivable landscape… the possibilities!
so many are already prisoners in their own neighborhood...
which is the real way out, crime or the punishment?
a elderly man recently robbed a bank and then immediately surrendered himself to the police. his situation was too desperate to continue on his own, prison was a healthier alternative...
so is this a way of intervening before the ultimate crime and imprisonment occurs? a voluntary or probational program that is preventative rather than punitive?
